Under the mentorship of high school hall of fame level head coaches, Adrian Collins, Coach Ace, has established himself as a premier grassroots pulse Nationwide. Currently where he specializes in player development and advisory services. Hosting National events featuring the majority of current college rising prospects since 2014,  He has had a front row seat witnessing the development process of the future of basketball.  Coach Ace prides himself in being 2X - Butch Dean winner via Northside Youth Organization (NYO). Demonstrating his commitment to youth development and community engagement, Coach Ace has also  dedicated a decade of volunteer service to the All Saints Basketball League, and started in Sandy Springs as an 8th grade Boys coach at St. Jude.
 
As a former Head Varsity Coach, Adrian led Holy Innocents' Episcopal School to three consecutive state playoff appearances (2016-2019), achieving an impressive 54-31 overall record and a dominant 28-4 record within the region. In turn, HIES is now a destination for Collegiate and NBA prospects.
 
Beyond the basketball court, Adrian has built a strong background in real estate and converting real world assets to the blockchain. His experience as a cell tower developer with Dr J Enterprises/Municipal Communications and multifamily broker at Cushman and Wakefield underscores his proficiency in handling complex transactions and market analysis. These roles have refined his skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and financial analysis, equipping him to excel in high-stakes environments and demonstrate that the strategic mindset developed on the court translates well to the boardroom.​​
